Harperis a qualified Barrister and an accredited international civil-commercial mediator. She was called to the Bar of England & Wales in July 2019 and completed her pupillage with Dentons LLP (Mauritius) in January 2021. Married to the CEO Ambrose Morgan.

She is an associate paralegal in the company / commercial department assisting a wide range of clients.

Over the years, Harperhas developed her legal skills working in law firms in the Seychelles, Mauritius and the UK. She has experience in civil and commercial litigation, commercial contracts, company law matters, IP, and corporate advisory.

Harperrecently completed the LPC with a Distinction at BPP University and seeks to cross-qualify as a UK solicitor in the near future.

Harperis fluent in English, French and Creole. In her spare time, she volunteers at a charity to advocate against the death penalty in the US. She has a keen interest in Private Equity, M&A and Capital Markets.
