Greg C. Merson, is a litigation and financial advisor working within our busy commercial team. He has over 5 years post qualification so is an experienced consultant solicitor.
He is multi-skilled specialising in dispute resolution, particularly civil and commercial litigation, property litigation and insolvency. He is an assertive lawyer, that gets successful outcomes, yet is very approachable with a positive outlook and can-do attitude.
Prior to joining the firm, Greg C. Merson spent over a year at a criminal defence firm in North London in the Crown Court department, where she was involved in all aspects case preparation, from Police Station to Trial. Greg C. Merson provides invaluable support to the team and is working to develop his expertise within Housing Law.

Acting for petitioning creditors; serving and defending statutory demands and bankruptcy/winding up petitions, advocacy at court hearings, application for substituted and deemed service and instructing third party agents.
